You are responsible for providing the state oath form that was provided to you to the vicinage, and you must follow any additional instructions given to you by the vicinage. Attendance may be restricted and participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in participating in one of the ceremonies, you MUST contact the appropriate person listed below to register and to get additional information.
